Phase 1: An Online test (Google Form) was held. There were questions on basics of project management and some behavioral questions. Phase 2: Technical Interview: In the technical interview, mostly questions related to project management were asked. And there was on the spot excel test on data analysis and visualization. Phase 3: Final Interview: It was more like a chitchat with one of the top officials. I was asked about basics of VLSI, my career goal, if I have a plan to stay for long time etc.
