They do a job fair. Alot of people. Asked to bring resume with. Once there you will take 2 Wonderlic numbers tests each with 4 minutes to do. After that you do a 1 on 1 interview. After that, I was asked to wait a little and wa subsequently interviewed by someone else. The first interview was a good vibe. The second did not feel as great. Was toldI would hear something within 3-5 days whether selected or not. Was told fhey would check references and get back to me. I know they did not check a single reference. One week later received a rejection. To be honest, did not have too bad of an experience. However, when asked what I knew about Uline, I told the second interviewer several things. What shall stay in mind though is that I said that the owners' last name was the same just spelled differently. And that was the only time that second interviewer smiled whatsoever. And I got a creepy vibe from that.
