I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Jan 2024

      Interview

Given a message on my college career app from a Uline recruiter which consisted of a message telling me to apply to the position and a link to said position. I was looking at New Grad opportunities. I applied and got to schedule an interview the next day. I had to do a personality test, a writing test, and the last test was to determine my sales skills and what I would do in different situations. The writing test was quick, but the other test took around 30 minutes each. The recruiter call was quick and pretty easy, just going over my background and skills, although it was another recruiter that gave the screening. They also told me the next steps would either be in person interviews at the corporate headquarters or conducted virtually. They told me the next steps in an email I received a few weeks after the call. The email said that I was moved to the next steps and the interview will be on site at the corporate headquarters. I scheduled the interview in a month. Before the interview, I had to take test on the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Access. The second round consisted of 3 one-on-one interviews with a senior analyst, team manager, and the department director. It is best to wear a suit jacket with a tie since the work attire is business professional. When I arrived onsite, I had to take 2 additional test on pattern recognition and identifying sequences. Everyone was quite kind and very helpful with the process so far. After the test, I had the actual interviews. The first one was the longest one, where we went through my skills and academic/professional background, took around 40 minutes. The manager interview seemed to be about how I could fit in and more details on the team itself. The director interview was actually quite brief and he seemed annoyed I was there, but he asked if I could stay to meet one more person. That person was the VP of the department and he seemed more chipper then the director. At this point, the interview was more of a conversation. At the end of our conversation, he told me that he will get someone else for me to talk to. That person ended up being a Senior VP and the conversation we had was quite personal and I thought went quite well. Overall I met with 5 different people and thought I did quite well. Only around 3 technical questions on excel and SQL. I haven't heard anything back.
