Interviewed well and had to take silly timed tests. Drove 3 hours to interview just to find out that it was to be online and not in person and they made a mistake. They interviewed me out of pity.

Easily the most bizarre interview I've been to. I waited 15 minutes past the agreed-upon time before I, and a group of about 15 others, were brought to a room for a series of timed tests. Then another 15 minutes sitting around before the actual interview started. They spent a lot of time talking about everyone wearing uniforms and senior managers working on the floor regularly.
