I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Kenosha, WI) in Feb 2017
Interview
Initially interview process went as I expected. Prior to the interview I had to take 4 "behavior analysis" tests which included a writing test for "the Uline way".
Then for interview #1, Yes you take two general IQ tests (quick, numbers and number pattern recognition) and you meet with a generic HR rep.
I got called back for interview #2 (3 hours). This included coworkers and reporting manager and executives. Prior I had to take 3 generic MS Office Tests that took about 30m each
I then got called back for interview #3. (Another 3 hours). I was told I would be hearing something the following week. At this point I was very excited, even with Ulines quirks I wanted the job
The week came and gone, didn't hear anything. Sent a follow up email, no response. Waited another week, no response. Finally mid week 3 I sent another status update request, still nothing.
I have no problem investing the time and not getting the job. I wish I was told why instead of the silent treatment. This is not good practice. Extremely disappointing

Interview
Applied online - Recieved a call a few weeks later, then onsite interview to meet with HR and complete aptitude tests. The process wasnt overly difficult, but the company is seriously behind the times. The HR Guy told me that the owner looks at all applications and prefers applications that are handwritten. There is a reason why this position has been open for over a year - for a role that shouldn't be terribly hard to fill.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview was primarily focused on experiences and what you are looking to accomplish in your career. .
I found the entire interview experience to be somewhat negative. I was asked to complete several tests, including tests completely unrelated to the position being applied for and then took a day off work for an interview during which I did not even get to meet the hiring manager, only the HR recruiter... this is typically handled during phone screens and after no follow-up, I felt this was a complete waste of my time and actually a bit disrespectful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Since I did not interview with an actual member of the hiring department, the questions were all mostly general in nature.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI)
Interview
I think this company does a lot of trolling. I see ads placed constantly for the same or similar positions; for sure they are a large employer but my experience was they wasted my time. I was asked to complete a number of tests both online and onsite and then only met with a recruiter and not the hiring manager. I'm more than happy to take tests but maybe after at least a good phone interview. The onsite interview I had could have easily been conducted via phone and followed up by a more detailed one onsite, ideally with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Other than a detailed discussion of my experience and the position, I don't recall anything out of the ordinary.
