      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Allentown, PA) in Feb 2026

      Interview

3-hour process (if you pass the two number tests after the first interview). Before, I had to fill out a paper form with my work experience and education days prior. The first interview was with one HR member, then two tests related to numbers were done: verify a bunch of numbers (e.g., 86965-89695), and recognize the pattern (e.g., 1,2,3,4,5,_,_; 2,4,8,16,32,64,_,_; 2,1,2,3,2,5,2,7,_,_). If you passed all these, you get interviews with the warehouse managers the same day (in my case, 3 more interviews). After that, you have to wait for the call for the offer.

      Question 1

Tell me one good and bad thing about your last employer. Are you planning to use your degree in a future? Why are you leaving your current employer? Explain your responsibilities in your current position.

      Interview

Extensive interview process with lots of testing and hoops to jump through. Had to do 3 separate interviews with both HR and Management. The entire process took an hour or two from start to finish.

      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Uline (Naples, FL) in Apr 2025

      Interview

Took 2 simple tests. Then had a 1 on 1 stand-up interview with the most awkward department manager. He kept asking me what I hated about past my past employers repeatedly. He then asked what my job was at Arthrex (I was an inventory control specialist) and then he kept insisting I was actually in a department called kitting, a disbanded department before my time. I tried explaining my experience from Arthrex but he kept interrupting me saying that my job isn't a thing and that I was a shipping packer. I further explained how I worked with the inventory team and he interrupted me again and said no... his name was Joe and he then asked me if I had any questions for him. I asked him 3 questions, he asked me if I have any more, I asked another 3 (so awkward), he asked me a third time, I said know then he told me to walk down the hall and then said "most people ask when do they get the job and the answer is we cant tell you but we'll let you know either way"... I believed we were going to a room for a sit down interview since he never formally asked me about myself, tested my knowledge, or asked about my character... he walked me toward the front of the office, the front door was 10 feet away, he never said the interview was over or thanked me... He never offered a handshake or said he would get back to me... just one of the worst and most akward interviews of my life. Uline should vet the staff because that guy had no idea what he was doing.
