      HR Coorindator Interview

      5 Nov 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Naples, FL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Naples, FL) in Oct 2025

      Interview

Interview process: The process was fast: about one week from application to the final response. There were several assessments, some online and others in person. They were fairly simple but required accuracy and attention to detail. I was expecting this part thanks to other Glassdoor reviews. Interview experience: The in-person interview was unusual. I wasn’t interviewed by someone from HR, but by a Supply Manager. He didn’t have my résumé, didn’t seem to know the specifics of the position I applied for, and when I asked what improvements or goals he expected from HR in this role, his answer was, “Uline is a perfect machine, nothing needs to change.” For me, that was a red flag, as it suggested a very rigid culture with little openness to innovation. Outcome: I did not receive personalized feedback, just a standard rejection email saying they decided to move in another direction. It's been over a month, and the position is still open. Culture impression: From my experience, the culture felt very strict and inflexible. If a company believes that “nothing needs improvement,” it may not be the best environment for HR professionals who want to add value or improve processes. Would I recommend it? Only if someone really needs the job and aligns with a very structured, traditional environment. Otherwise, it may not suit professionals who value innovation or continuous improvement.
