Uintah Basin Medical Center interview questions

My resume spoke for itself. The manager told me I was over qualified and asked what my goal was in 3 years. I replied with "advancement, opportunities, and to become a leader." Then the manager asked what my wage requirements was. I replied "with my current job experience I believe I'm worth 18.50". The manager laughed out loud and said I agree with you but I don't even make that and administration won't let me hire you for that either. I politely declined the managers offer of 12.20. And then 2 weeks later management called me asking me if I was still interested. I said yes and offered me 13.50.
