Very easy going. Not intimidating as long as you are used to the interview process. If it is your first job out of college and you have no field experience you may want to focus on any hands on projects or troubleshooting courses you may have. They are not interested in necessarily entry level personnel. You don't need to build up your resume too much. Don't fluff it, they don't care. Just state relevant information to the job title. I have experience from a couple jobs so they seemed to like that more and just the fact that I will be graduating soon helped. They didn't care about specific studies in my major. Must, must show a positive attitude and you will receive the same appreciation back.
