Interview
The Head of Design posted a job offer on Facebook and I replied by email with my application. He introduced me to the Product Design Lead of the office where the role was opened.
First, I had a 40-min Skype interview with the Lead.
Then 8 days later, I had a 1-hour portfolio presentation with the Lead and the Product Designers of the two teams.
Then the Lead through HR told me they needed someone more senior for this role.
I asked feedbacks to the Lead, which was given to me a few days later.

Question 1
The first interview was to have a conversation about my previous experience while getting a sense of a cultural fit. No difficult question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Udemy (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
From recruiter screen to remote portfolio review. The panelists had me go through a project on my portfolio. Fairly standard process, but unfortunately they seemed uninterested and distracted from the start, which led to one of my more awkward interviews.
