      Project Manager Interview

      13 Jan 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Dubai
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Udacity (Dubai) in Dec 2020

      Interview

The interview process was one of the best, smoothest and most professional I have ever been through and was divided on 6 stages: 1- Interview with HR: was sent an email to reserve my time of availability for a call with the HR. the interview was exceptionally smooth and simple, we got to know each other and about the recruitment process ahead. Was asked about my profile, education, experience, and salary expectations. 2- Interview with the Partnerships & Business Development Manager: was asked to book a time of availability again for the interview with the BD Manager who was very kind, professional and welcoming and most of the questions were about my previous experience and projects and situational questions (i.e tell me a time when? Describe your projects? Etc..) 3- Case Study: Was sent a case study to complete in a sufficient time frame, the case study measures your thinking abilities, project management skills, marketing skills, research, problem solving and business development skills. Very interesting 4- Interview with the Program Manager: Another kind and professional individual who asked me more situational questions about project management situations and gave me insights and feedback on the case study I provided 5- Interview with the Director: This stage was the toughest by far, the director was very insightful and professional and most of the questions were situational but with deeper details and I was asked multiple times to solve small issues or cases on the spot to challenge my problem solving and project management skills. 6- Reference Calls: I was asked to provide 2 references from my previous jobs who they asked questions to about me.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Udacity (Mountain View, CA) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Received an email to set up phone interview, which was scheduled for the next week. Then the next day, they got back to me saying they would like to move forward to a second round of video calls. Had two video calls with the program managers. They were very nice and it was easy to talk to them. However, a few days later they informed me that I did not get the position.
