Background check and there is no interview. Very easy process takes at most a week to hear back and start working. No issues whatsoever. Just don’t have a criminal background and they’ll take anyone

straight forward, nothing much actually kind of easy as you just drive and they watvh your safety driving, you should have a uber liscence though and then you can star working althoug the pay nowadays is terrible idk who they think they are
