Interview
Proof of documents, valid license, proof of required insurance and obtain City of Houston permits. The process for hiring and the interview process was easy to complete. After my meeting with the UBER team, receiving the required information for the City I was hired to start driving after my background was cleared.

Interview
There really is no interview process. You fill out the forms give consent for the background check, have your vehicle inspection done, do their safety courses, do the certification course for rideshare drivers and defensive driving,snap a few pictures of your license, registration, and proof of insurance. Upload everything, hit submit then wait for it all to clear and be approved. Then off to work you go
I applied through the app. I almost instantly got approved and just had to submit all of the necessary information about my car and drivers license. It was a very simple and enjoyable process.
There was no interview process. There was only a background check and you need a 4 door car which goes thru an inspection and you need insurance on your vehicle.
