Interview
The process had three rounds: coding, system design, and HR. The coding round had two medium to difficult level questions. In the next round, the interviewer discussed my projects a little and then gave a system design question.
Online assessment, recruiter screening, HM behavioral round, panel interview with case study. Pretty standard process
Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round
HR screening, Hiring manager interview, panel interview loop. Deep knowledge/obsession with SQL was highly valued and a dealbreaker - seemed a bit outdated. HR screening call was very rote and lacked nuance - Hiring Manager interview much better.
