Interview
El proceso es extenuante y demasiado largo. Dura alrededor de 2 meses y los reclutadores tardan días o semanas en contestar preguntas. En teoría deberían de ser 2 entrevistas (reclutador y hiring manager) y la elaboración y presentación de un caso de negocio; pero cada área tiene el proceso que quiere. Los casos de negocio varían en dificultad de acuerdo al dataset.

HR screening - take home assignment before 1 day with HM - Hiring Manager round(Behavioral + sharing of assignment - another take home case - presentation with HM, skip manager, 2 member/leader from other teams

they will deep dive into your experiences, also how frequent you use those data tools
Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.
Pretty easy at early stages - just need to know about supply and demand basics. Analytics test is harder, but manageable if you know Excel well. They are definitely interested in your problem solving abilities and ability to "get things done" with minimal supervision.
