stage 2: analytics exercise. different from the pivot table one described by others. lots of marketing data and very open ended responses to 4 basic questions. no time limit. heard about 24 hours later about advancing to the skype interview.
stage 3: skyped with a would be equal for 30 minutes. very little behavioral. was 90% uber specific. some details about the thought process of my analytics exercise, but also just situational what ifs at uber. got dinged within 48 hours.
stage 4: would have been in office panel interview as described by HR employee in stage 1.
