Applied online. Received an email from a 3rd party recruiter. Said he wanted to do a 30 minute phone interview. You set the time and day on his Google calendar. He was very prompt on the schedule time. He was more nervous than I was and kept stumbling over his written script. His questions were all over the place. He did say he would be back in touch within 24-48 hours with the next step if there would be one. Phone interview lasted 17 minutes. In the email within 48 hours I received a thank you but no thank you email. Said my qualifications did not match what they were looking for. I've been in AR since 2000. So I have no idea want qualifications didn't match.
