The interview process was kind of strange, and I thought it was a scam until the laptop arrived and I was onboarded. I was recruited as a specialist in a discipline, but interviewed as a generalist. Interview questions were all just confirming my background. Then I took a few assessments that were also unrelated to my specialty, and got hired as a generalist.
