Chill interview with basic questions. The interviewers were nice and seem to really care about your background and were interested in learning more about you as a person rather than acting like robots

Question 1
Why do you want this job and what transferable skills do you bring from previous roles
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uber Boat by Thames Clippers
Interview
The assessment day began with a lengthy session on the company’s history, including repeated mentions of their investors. While informative, it felt somewhat drawn out. We then learned more about the role before taking part in a group task, where we had to present in teams. During the session, there were also some comments directed at former employees who had "moaned online,"—take that how you will.
After the group task, candidates were called in one by one to find out if they would proceed to an interview—around a third did. The interview itself was fairly straightforward.
However, the post-assessment communication was disappointing. We were told we would hear back within a week, regardless of the outcome, but I received no response even after following up via email.
