      Anonymous employee
      Madison, WI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UW Credit Union (Madison, WI) in Jul 2019

      Interview

It was straight forward. There was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They even said at the beginning that they had 10 questions for me, which really helped during the interview. I could mentally know where in the process I was and just focus on each question as it came. After the phone interview, there was an in-person interview. Then a background check, reference check and finally the final offer.

What was one piece of constructive feedback that you got from a supervisor and how did you implement that into your life?

I applied online. I interviewed at UW Credit Union (Wauwatosa, WI) in Dec 2023

      Interview

They tend to do interviews with three branch higher up employees. For me, the interviewers weren’t as energetic as they should’ve been so it gave off the idea that they weren’t interested from the start.
