I applied online. I interviewed at UTC Aerospace Systems in May 2013
Interview
The interview was 101. I thought it would be more about my job
skills brought to the table. The Team Coordinator had oven experience (only).
He thought I was asking for to much money(starting was $11 an hour @ that time).

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UTC Aerospace Systems (Miramar, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied online and they replied quickly. Within a few weeks they called me for a phone interview. With success, I was able to schedule another interview involving a panel of management leaders.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UTC Aerospace Systems (Riverside, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was two phase. The first phase you perform a number of skill test that are intended to see if you have the ability to follow directions, work at a reasonable pace and pay attention to detail. The process lasted about an hour. If you pass they schedule your formal interview which sometimes happens directly following the skills test or can be scheduled for days later. The formal interview was a bit robotic in that the two individual interviewing basically asked a sequence of questions read directly off a list.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most of the questions asked where related to the assembly of the parts they were manufacturing. There was some general questions as well such as have you ever done anything innovative, how you resolve conflict etc.
