6 plus hours of interviewing. What a waste of time. After attempting to get answers from the HR person, it took sending his boss an email after 6 weeks since he blew me off with zero follow up. The response was basically with all my qualifications, certifications and background. The manager thought the job would be to boring for me. So they hired an under qualified person for the lead role. This should concern every customer, prospect, vendor and anyone who comes in contact with this entity. They don’t want professionals who have the background, they want under qualified people. Given my interaction with the HR person, they have achieved their goal of running a mediocre entity. They did invite me to apply again for other jobs. Really, waste hours of my time, blow me off totally and then tell me I have a background that’s too good for the job. Pass…
