Here is the brief summary of interview schedule. Every interviewer is from top level management and has shortlisted me for next round after at least one hour long thorough and detailed discussions.
First round - Assoc. Director
Second round - Program Manager
Third round - Director of Engineering
Forth round - Ramprasad S, India Head
Final round - Director HR
After being interviewed with Ramprasad S. in forth round, I am asked to fill out and share a long form with some personal and professional details with last 3 months salary slips followed by the final round with Kiran Bala, HR director. It was a quick discussion of hardly 20 mins. Later immediately, I get to know that I am not shortlisted, without any concrete reason or feedback. Why this another round and formality? You could have saved a lot by just sharing your feedback then and there itself. Or were you not sure, whether to select me or not?
And what happened to the earlier 3 interviewer's feedback and go ahead? This clearly shows BlueConch has a dictatorship culture. I feel pity for rest of the management people in the team. This is very un-professional and disappointing experience for a highly qualified and passionate professional like me.
Ramprasad S., I still wonder on what basis you have taken this decision? I expect you to share the detailed feedback with me, being professional.

Three rounds of Interviews - standard questions regarding background and experience. Communication from company was spotty at best and felt unorganized. Last interview felt slightly combative with one of the participants.
