Interview
The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: Technical round followed up with conducting in-person interviews and making a hire.
Total 4 Rounds:
1. Technical Interview round for half an hour
2. Technical Interview by Client, approx. 1 hour
3. Managerial Round
4. HR
Above is the process, which can take up to 1 month
It was very easy interview at UST Global..But join if you are allocated to the project else after training again need to give client interview to get the project .
