First round was telephonic, second was face to face with project manager and team lead. Questions are from basic UI technologies (HTML5, CSS3,JS, Bootstrap and Jquery). Questions are not very difficult, overall average interview.

Interview process at UST Global had good technical discussions, and the interviewers were knowledgeable. However, my experience with the HR communication was not very good. There was lack of clarity regarding eligibility criteria and expectations were communicated quite late in the process. The overall process could be more transparent and better coordinated.

I attended interview in UST a month ago and cleared technical discussion.I had HR discussion on the very next day.I uploaded all the mandatory documents.I mailed them for my profile status and they replied that they are waiting for the client confirmation.After that they disappeared.Didnt get any reply from HR and Even didn't pick calls also.Yesterday I got a mail like your candidature has been dropped.
