This company is a bit of a scam in my opinion. I am pretty sure they make money as much as they say (not sure. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt)
But the whole process to get involve in this company is quite a red flag. You will have to pay for the courses and training for the Health , Life & Annuities License in 2 weeks. You have to pay out of your pocket for $250+. But if you pass the exam in 2 weeks, they will pay you back $100.
For few weeks of your training, you won't get paid. You will just be working for 12 hours everyday from Monday-Saturday.
I personally did not like how the company works or the people mindset. People are not bad but it is all about money. Money is the major thing, you will have to work 12 hours everyday, if you don't make 6 figures within a year, they will make you feel like an idiot / lazy / unworthy. They will definitely say it in the interviews too.
It is very much like Wolf of Wall Street culture apart from cocaine & hookers.
My most red flag would be them making me sign the W2 straight away even though they said it is an interview. The whole process, everything is about MONEY.
Step 1: They contacted you through an INDEED.
Step 2: You go in for a group interview, they explained to you what the company does, how much money they earned, how many people make money without a college degree (pumping up about their company / pay)
Step 3: Individual Interview with one of their top advisor ; he/she will ask you about why you are interested, what you are doing, what are your goals
Step 4: If you pass this top advisor, another top leader will call you to come into for another interview to talk to her and make you sign the contract
