I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors (Nashville, TN) in May 2018
Interview
Thought it was a one-on-one interview, dressed up nice and professionally but it ended up sitting in the office where every sales person is working, watching an hour and a half long Power Point presentation about how great this company is and specifically trips to Cancun. Both the people and me were baffled because we all expected one-on-one interviews. Boring Power Point presentation, lost interest about 15 minutes in with the guy yelling all over the place how GREAT this company is. Yikes. Two minute one-on-one in the corner of the office (where everyone can still hear us) of the division leader saying "how great I will be at this. I really want you on the team" Of course you do, because you make money out of hiring me because I have to pay YOU $92.70 as part of a contracting fee. DONT DO THIS!

Interview
Not hard. Just understand business and explain why you want to sell health insurance and understand that it’s hard. You get in exactly what you put out and it takes time to
Get the ball rolling.
Really interesting. They show you what some people make and have a good meeting on a friday with food and all. Food is free and part of the interview process which is cool for someone looking to join and get to see the culture of the office

Interview
Nice and laid back. Didn’t ask me a lot of questions as I was asking most of them. Easy to get hired if you show them you’re hungry. Would recommend if you have no family and don’t value your free time
