I applied for an interview with a special site for Japanese students. After writing so basic information, there is only one interview at a Branch after that the candidates go to the headquarters located in Meguro of Tokyo and talk with employees.

I was interviewed by the director of human resources. The interview was a kind of casual communication. I had only one interview and tried to appeal to my eagerness and adaptability.

The whole process was very old type standard Japanese company. They are doing hiriing whole department together.
