The HR recruiter was polite but scheduled me for an interview without notifying me. I happened to call her to check up on the position only to find out I had an interview in 2 hours. Once I arrived at the interview I was told I’d be interviewed by a manager. The ended up adding two other managers to the interview. They asked the same questions repeatedly. One of the senior managers asked off the wall questions just to get a reaction. It seemed as though he was trying to intimidate me. I left feeling bombarded.

An interview with HR over the phone, then an interview with your manager in person. This was then followed by an interview with the head of the department. Finally I had to complete an interview with the CEO to see if I fit in with the “company culture”
