Interview
First was a phone screen. I was asked specific finance related questions about journal entries, variance analysis and pivot tables. Then a 1:1 interview where the company met me and personal things were asked and shared to get to know me as a person. Then the third and final interview was a general phone interview with someone out of state who was higher up in the company. The entire hiring process went great.

Interview
I had 3 interviews over 3 weeks, first with the hiring manager, then a second round of 30 minute interviews with 3 of the hiring managers colleagues, and finally an interview with a senior director. Overall it was a great experience and I was kept in the loop throughout. I was very hopeful to get this job, and with the interviews being on Thursdays or Fridays, I was always worried I would have to wait the weekend before hearing back. But each time I was reached out to within 24 hours to either schedule the next interview or given the verbal offer. The managers who interviewed me, even the senior director, made me feel welcome from the start and seemed to genuinely care about my success.

Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn. I was then contacted by a local recruiter you set up a 15 min interview to see if I had basic qualifications. After this I had 2 more phone interviews with supervisors of the finance department. I had a final interview in person where I met the director and the team that I would be working with. This consisted of an hour long interview with the director followed by a 15 min interview with the team.

Interview
Initial phone screen with a recruiter. Secondary phone interview with a manager on the team. Final interview consisted of meeting the director and several others who'd I'd be working with.
