Face-to-face, then an on-site tour. Then was a personality test they use to formulate questions for the final interview up at their main hub in Kingsford, MI, a 3.5 hour drive. Final was a panel with top staff. They said they would contact me early the following week.
Two weeks went by, no word. I followed up via email, no response. Then I noticed they reposted the position on Indeed. I was supremely disappointed because: A) I really wanted the job, and thought the interviews went great. B) after all of my time & effort, they didn't even bother to tell me I wasn't selected. It's common courtesy - a simple phone call or even an email would have been better than being ghosted.
