You take a test. Wait a couple of days, weeks, months, years. It just depends. You take the test. Have to go through preliminary physical such as lifting something that's around 70 lbs. or so. And you're in.

Went pretty quickly. Was an open house and applications were done onsite as well as initial paperwork. There were a lot of pepper there. It was around the holidays and there is always a big need around that time. We did our applications and assessments and filled out paperwork.

The entire process was straight forward. There were two online tests and both were simple and short. Both can be completed in thirty minutes. An approval email was received in three days and a detailed job description was provided in the acceptance note.
