      Lead Automotive Mechanic Interview

      I applied in-person. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Wilmington, DE) in Jan 2015

      Interview

      2 part written exam, instant results passing score over 70 percent. Wait 2 weeks and invited to a hands on bench test, look on goggle it will tell you what it intells. Pass or fail know it or don't kind of test. Than pass a background check and drivers record check. Wait a few weeks and get invited to a formal interview with 2 Supervisors. You will be asked about safe working practices and specifics about the job. Being your dd214 if prior military. Pass that and wait a few more weeks and you will receive a condition of employment.
