I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at US Navy (Mayport, FL)
Interview
It is a timely process, go sit down with a recruiter. ATC requires higher expectations than baseline military acceptance, both mental and physical. Fast career progression as well. Recruiter offered me the job, and I accepted it, off to Boot Camp four days later
The man who interviewed me was pretty rude. And when I told him that I wasn't interested, he kept bothering me, suggesting that I am making a mistake. Overall, it was a bad experience. Maybe if I showed interest, then things would've turned out differently.
