The process was casual and easy. The NRL is a nice location. They asked me engineering questions. They do a lot of stuff. Its a very interesting place. They didnt give a coding interview.

The interview process varies according to your branch head. Personally, I had a phone interview, followed by an in person interview at the lab. Management stressed culture and system engineering skills more than hard technical knowledge.
