Interview
When interviewing for the job of a Marine Sergeant, it is a board interview. They ask you many questions covering a broad expense of topics. You must be competent in general Marine Corps knowledge, as well as a subject matter expert in your own personal career field. Your appearance and bearing are key throughout this process.
Have to take a few test to ensure you graduated high school. Also have to get a lot of medical checkups to ensure you are fit to join the service. Rah.
terrible, do not recommend. terrible atmosphere. terrible communication does not care about employees. will lie about whatever to get you to accept their offer. do not join the military unless you really don't care bout your mental or physical state

it was a nightmare because they were so pushy then once they knew they had me, they didn't care about me and treated me as if i was in the corps already.
