No interview process. At the time of my enlistment the USMC were beyond desperate for manpower. My only memory is of my recruiter being impressed with my ASVAB taken on day's notice and how easy I was to enlist with no waivers needed of any sort.

Have you ever done any illegal drugs in your lifetime?
Have to take a few test to ensure you graduated high school. Also have to get a lot of medical checkups to ensure you are fit to join the service. Rah.
terrible, do not recommend. terrible atmosphere. terrible communication does not care about employees. will lie about whatever to get you to accept their offer. do not join the military unless you really don't care bout your mental or physical state

it was a nightmare because they were so pushy then once they knew they had me, they didn't care about me and treated me as if i was in the corps already.
