The interview stage with this company was painless from all ends. They mostly ask you about your previous driving experience as well as your previous achievements. If you get an interview, dress like you want the job, do not dress like you are going to work. I noticed that most of the applicants in the office with me were dressed like they were getting ready to go hunting. Not a good idea if you want the job.
