Hiring HR process takes a long time and can be fairly frustrating, especially when some of your information is input wrong. They could do better to improve their methods of hiring.

It was kind of a joke. I was interviewed over the phone sight unseen. Part of the reason, though, is that the supervisor is remote in a different state. When I got offered the job, I had to request my boss come and meet and greet with me.
