US Digestive Health interview questions

Was asked repeatedly if I had more questions after telling a little about my qualifications. 10 minute interview total, no discussion of "next steps", and then when I reached out to say I was going with another company, they said they "wished I had made time to review their offer". Which they then waited a day and did not make.
