Best interview process because it’s not an interview. You get through MEPS and bootcamp and the military has hired you immediately. Also could look at this as the worst interview process though because you have to get through MEPs and a rough bootcamp first.

Full medical history. Then tested my physical and mental strength in a grueling eight weeks of bootcamp.

Interview
The Interview process was very easy. Once you meet certain requirements, you can sign up for a specific school you want to attend. Your schooling will determine your rate and what job you will perform for the rest of your military career. The only downside is the wait time. I was lucky. I only had to wait a year before I went to my school of choice, but I was stationed with other who had been waiting for 3+ years.
