My interviewer (the Program Director and internship supervisor at the time) was professional and straightforward about what the Institute does. At the same time, they were very effective in getting to understand interviewees' educational backgrounds and their interests better.

All of my questions were answered, and the process was very respectful and insightful. There was a very intensive writing portion but a great learning experience. It was a great interview process overall
