      7 Jul 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Bakersfield, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at US Army (Bakersfield, CA) in Jul 2011

      Interview

There isn't really an interview process. Just a medical and physical process to determine that you are physically able to handle the job. If you aren't medically or physically able to handle the certain job, then they will find an alternate job that fits you.

      Interview

You speak with a recruiter and they ensure you are clear to join. Afterwards you go to your MEPS and they do a very in depth health exam to include mental health. It is important that you be honest throughout the entire process. I tried to leave information out and it prolonged the process.
