Normal leadership questions. Easy interview not very exited about the location and the position was chosen prior to interview. Process is normal nominative process, interviews were chosen by branch manager
There is none, this is a job that you have to get through seniority. There is no REAL interview process, you go through a board that looks at your performance records and then selects you for promotion.

The hiring process is done through a board review of your Official Records, Photo and experience. The board meets for several days and selects the most qualified individual for selection, training and promotion. The key to success is preparation, to include updating your photo, record brief and Official File. Then the candidate must select on line which jobs they are most interested in and validate their records on line.
