Interview
The interview process was straightforward and primarily focused on leadership potential, physical and mental readiness, and commitment to Army standards. I was asked about my background, ability to lead soldiers in high-pressure environments, and future goals. There was also an emphasis on discipline, training progression, and professional development, including questions about attending advanced schools such as Ranger School. Overall, the process felt more like an assessment of character and leadership than a technical interview

There is a board with high ranking individuals after you do a physical test. They review your resume as a group, as you questions, and then give you a score. If you get a high enough score from across the board you become an officer.

Interview
Go to college, apply for OCS, ROTC, or a military academy. Keep your GPA up and your physical fitness and you will be fine. Also look into the military programs that will help pay for your school. If you are already enlisted on active duty, you can go green to gold.
