Interviewed with the division chief of the division that I was to join and the squadron commander over the phone. The interview was relaxed and professional. One week after the interview was concluded I got an offer.

What hands on IT experience do you have with your current position.

Easy, looking for anyone that has the willingness to learn. Friendly Atmosphere, caring, and as long as you have a willingness to learn you will do just fine. It was a short 45 minute interview.

Interview
Met with recruiter and discussed minimum requirements, which I met. Met regularly to fill out entrance exams and paperwork. Conducted physical examinations, as well as the ASVAB. I met all of the above.
