Fast process. Reviewed resumes quickly and got teams interview fast. Lots of resources to help and HR quickly reached out. Interviewer was courteous and kind, and even when virtual it felt very personable.

Name a time you had a difficult patient and how you handled it
Simple and straightforward. Interviewed for two different jobs one had hr present the other did not. Casual conversation that flowed well. Spoke about prior experience. Orientation went well and was called back for both positions either same day or 3 days later.

Pretty easy, not the best schedule system but the unit seems nice. Also seems short staffed and I am worried about workload and overtime commitments. Also have heard they have high pull rates.

Interview
I went in for an interview and was asked behaviour response questions based on previous experiences. The interviewer was very understanding that I had no healthcare experience and tried to help relate the questions to customer service jobs I’ve had.
