Interview
They start the process with a values assessment and video interview. They then have final round interviews in person. There are two panels of about three executives each. They want you to know about their company, their values and their goals. This shows how much they really care about this mission. This is a behavioral and not a technical interview.

Interview
All behavior-based questions. Nothing technical or too hard. All questions were either resume based or asking me to expand upon my resume. No technical questions were asked. They did ask one curveball question where there is no right or wrong answer, they just want to hear your thought process.
It was a video interview that lasted about 15 minutes. The interview was one way and AI generated. You got about 1 minute to prepare an answer and then 2 minutes to recite your answer to the questions

The interview process included a phone screen and 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was with the hiring manager and the second round was with people from the team.
