I was contacted by the Hiring Manager via email to schedule a video call.
The interview was simple enough, It was a great exchange and interaction.
My only issue was the lack of competency, professionalism, courtesy or consideration as it relates to informing a candidate they were not selected.
Most applicant systems allow for a mass communication to applicants about their status when you either fill or close the position.
How do you leave candidates hanging, not knowing if they are still being considered or have just been ghosted?
Especially if you have interviewed them, a nice form letter will suffice.
Again it amazes me the people that have jobs. It really is "them, not you"
