It was a positive experience, and the staff were very friendly. The competency-based interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and was well-structured, professional, and engaging throughout the entire process overall experience

The interview process was very straight forward - one round interview focused on my experience and background, understanding of the UN and its functioning, knowledge of the Middle East and the situation of Palestinian refugees in particular.
